Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Promote RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) products/services to builders, contractors, and construction companies.
• Identify potential clients and generate business leads in the construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site follow-ups.
• Support sales team in achieving targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily marketing reports.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge/interest in construction field & RMC operations.
• Ability to travel and work in field environment.
• Goal-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
