This is a full-time on-site role for Rasi Foods (Manufacturer of Spencer's Bread and Bakery Products) located in Salem which has been running successfully for 38 years.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Marketing Executive to promote and expand the market reach of Spencer’s Bread and Pastry Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market visits, retailer engagement, visibility campaigns, sampling activities, and brand promotion across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to retail stores, supermarkets, bakeries, and distributors to promote products.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and branding at retail points.
• Execute in-store promotions, sampling drives, and merchandising activities.
• Gather customer and retailer feedback, market trends, and competitor intelligence.
• Onboard new retailers and distributors in untapped areas.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, market reach, and campaign results.
• Support events, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, FMCG, or retail promotions (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of local geography and market dynamics.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
