Job Title: Marketing Associate – Marketing Qualification: Graduate Role Overview : As a field marketing associate at Apna Mart, you'll be integral to enhancing our customer experience and reach at the store level. You’ll conduct price benchmarking, gather real-time customer feedback, drive local marketing execution, assess activity, and optimize the store environment through insights-driven improvements. Key Responsibilities : * Regularly benchmark our product prices against competitors to maintain pricing competitiveness. * Collect and document customer feedback through direct interactions, surveys, and field observations. * Drive marketing initiatives—both offline (flyers, banners, demos) and on-the-ground—to boost customer footfall and engagement. * Track the performance of these activities, analyze outcomes, and implement corrective actions to improve effectiveness. * Evaluate store ambiance and customer journey, recommending adjustments to improve shopper satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Ideal candidate : You’re proactive, analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in field settings. You possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for market trends and in-store dynamics.
