Field Loan Recovery Officer

Role Overview: As a Debt Recovery officer, your main responsibility will be to contact customers through phone, email, or mail in order to collect outstanding debts. You will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, collaborate with the finance team to implement strategies for faster collections, and provide regular reports on collection activities and outstanding debts.
