Job Description

As a Collections Officer, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing the company's debtor list, contacting and visiting customers to inform them of their overdue bills, preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department, and responding to customer queries. You should have a 10th pass in collections, business management, or a related field, along with previous experience in a similar role. Excellent negotiating skills, good written and verbal communication abilities, and familiarity with state debt collection laws are essential. Knowledge of office and accounting software, patience, and resilience are also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and fixed schedule, along with a performance bonus. It is preferable for candidates to have at least 1 year of experience in debt recovery, field collection, and telecalling. Knowledge of Kannada language and a DRA certificate will be an added advantage. The work location is in Bangalore City, Karnataka, and requires in-person attendance.
