Field Investigator

• To conduct professional on-ground surveillance, evidence gathering, and background verifications across Bangalore. This role involves handling high-stakes corporate espionage cases, matrimonial investigations, and gathering intelligence for political and legal clients.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Urban Surveillance: Discreetly following subjects across Bangalore’s traffic-heavy routes and various public transport systems (BMTC, Metro) without being spotted.
• ​Evidence Collection: Utilizing advanced spy gadgets, hidden cameras, and GPS trackers to capture high-quality, time-stamped evidence.
• ​Undercover Operations: Adopting credible "cover stories" to enter IT parks (like ITPL Whitefield), corporate offices, or residential apartments to gather internal data.
• ​Verification Services: Conducting physical address checks, neighbor interviews, and lifestyle audits for matrimonial and pre-employment screening cases.
• ​Liaison & Networking: Building a local network of informers across different Bangalore zones to assist in tracking and information gathering.
• ​Detailed Reporting: Submitting clear, daily logs of all observations and evidence to the South Zone Head or the Kothrud HQ.

​Bangalore-Specific Requirements

• ​Geography: Deep knowledge of Bangalore's complex layouts, shortcuts to beat "Silk Board" level traffic, and the Metro rail network.
• ​Languages: Kannada and English are mandatory. Fluency in Hindi or Tamil/Telugu is a major advantage for this cosmopolitan city.
• ​Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license and have a high-performance smartphone for real-time reporting.
• ​Pincode Familiarity: Comfortable working across hubs like Koramangala (560034), M.G. Road (560001), and Whitefield (560066).

• ​Discretion: High ethical standards and the ability to maintain 100% confidentiality regarding sensitive case files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
