Field Intern

Job Title: Field Intern Namma Super 30 Outreach Drive

Stipend: 10,000 per month

Travel Allowance: 200 per day

Duration: 1 to 1.5 months

Location: Karnataka (Inter-district travel involved)

About the Program:

Namma Super 30 is an initiative aimed at identifying and supporting bright students from economically weaker backgrounds by offering them specialized learning opportunities. To expand our reach across Karnataka, we are launching a short-term on-field outreach campaign.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for enthusiastic interns who can actively visit government schools, small coaching centers, and NGOs to spread awareness and facilitate student registrations for Namma Super 30.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned schools, coaching centers, and NGOs to introduce the Namma Super 30 program.

Interact with students, teachers, and NGO coordinators to build awareness and drive registrations.

Collect accurate data and maintain daily visit reports.

Coordinate with the central team for updates and verification of entries.

Support the first-round screening process of registered students.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Must be comfortable with inter-district travel across Karnataka.

Should own a vehicle (two-wheeler preferred) or have reliable local mobility.

Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

Candidates outside Bangalore will be given preference.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, self-driven, and comfortable with on-field work.
