Job Description

- Execute and document complex corrective maintenance activities.

- Provide support to field services technicians, both on-site and remotely.

- Develop instructional videos for field services support library.

- Supervise third-party personnel, attending on-site resolution of complex issues, and conducting safety audits.

- Adhere to MS OHS framework and promote a culture of safety awareness and wellbeing among team members.

- Serve as a team lead, providing safety and efficiency support for a small group of field technicians, including acting in management capacity during short and long-term absences of other team leaders.

- Coordinate spare parts handling logistics - identify gaps in availability and recommend forecasting adjustments.

- Interface with the NOC Problem Manager and initiate strategic improvements in field delivery.

- Act as a subject matter expert and in-field prime for use case evaluation, development, and FOA analysis for ML Use Case Field Trials.
