Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive-Real Estate located in Bengaluru. The Field Executive will be responsible for managing property transactions, providing real estate investment advice, coordinating with clients and vendors, and overseeing property management and facility management tasks. Daily responsibilities will include site visits, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of real estate deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management and Facility Management (FM)
• Expertise in Residential Real Estate transactions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
