Field Executive - Property Inspection

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Field Executive to conduct property inspections for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting properties, assessing their condition, and providing detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct property inspections, including interior and exterior assessments, to identify any defects, damages, or needed repairs.

2. Take photographs and videos to document property conditions.

3. Complete detailed inspection reports, including notes, recommendations, and ratings.

4. Conduct interviews and site visits with property owners, tenants, or managers to gather information.

5. Measure rooms, spaces, and features to verify property specifications.

6. Identify potential safety hazards and report them to management.

7. Maintain accurate records of inspections, including reports, photographs, and videos.

8. Provide exceptional customer service to property owners, tenants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1.10th pass or equivalent qualification required; degree/diploma in a related field (e.g., construction, engineering) preferred.

2.Minimum 6 months of experience in property inspection, construction, or a related field preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

3. Strong knowledge of property inspection protocols, safety procedures, and industry standards.

4. Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.

5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

6. Physical ability to walk, climb, and stand for extended periods.

7. Valid driver's license with two Wheeler.

8. Must able travel across Bangalore.
9. Proficient in English, Hindi, and at least one local language.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in property inspection (e.g., CPI, CMI). - Additional Advantage

2. Experience with property inspection software and technology.

3. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and ordinances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,287.44 - ₹27,166.31 per month
