Job Description

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Executive for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring outdoor advertising campaigns, coordinating with vendors, ensuring quality control, and delivering timely reports to the operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits for media inspection, installation monitoring, and campaign execution.
Coordinate with media vendors and fabrication partners for timely execution.
Capture and submit photographic proof of display for all installed sites.
Conduct quality checks to ensure correct branding, visibility, and placement.
Assist in pre-installation surveys and identify suitable media locations.
Ensure all installations comply with local authority regulations and client standards.
Maintain accurate records of installations, campaign status, and daily reports.
Address any on-ground issues such as delayed installations, damage, or incorrect creatives.
Support client servicing teams with timely updates and status reports.

Skills:

Knowledge of OOH media formats (billboards, transit ads, digital displays, etc.).
Experience in working with vendors, printers, and fabricators.
Basic understanding of media materials.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in OOH advertising, field operations, or a similar role.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently on the ground.
Familiarity with local geography and media locations is an advantage.
Must be open to extensive local travel and flexible working hours.
Possession of a valid driving license and two-wheeler.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
