As a Field Executive at InsureKlick, your role involves visiting and onboarding small clinics into the InsureKlick network. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with local doctors and clinic staff, managing and executing blood sample collection from clinics and homes, ensuring hygienic handling and safe transport of collected samples, coordinating with logistics teams, educating clinics on process flow, and maintaining sample pickup timelines. Additionally, you will record data and report activities on a daily basis. Qualifications required for this role include 1-3 years of experience in pathology or sample collection, familiarity with field operations and small clinic networks, strong communication and relationship-building skills, preference for owning a two-wheeler for easy mobility, and basic mobile app and smartphone proficiency.
