Field Executive Officer

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with universities, colleges, industry, and companies to identify potential student candidates and staff members. This will involve visiting different locations to gather information, assess situations, or provide support. Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding field activities and findings is key to success in this role. As a Field Executive, you will often work independently and must be self-motivated and organized. Traveling to various locations is necessary to fulfill job duties, and you will be expected to accurately record and report findings from field visits. Additionally, providing assistance and resolving issues for clients or customers encountered during field work is an essential part of the job. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi languages is preferred, as well as possession of an LMV Licence. A willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is also preferred.
