Job Title: Field Executive – Document Collection Location: Vidyavihar Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 Years Salary: As per Industry Standards Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and responsible Field Executive for Document Collection to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients/customers at their locations to collect documents and ensure timely and accurate submission. Key Responsibilities: * Visit clients/customers as per the daily route plan to collect required documents. * Verify documents for accuracy and completeness. * Maintain a proper record of documents collected and update the system or reporting team accordingly. * Ensure confidentiality and safety of all documents during transit. * Coordinate with the backend team regarding any document issues or discrepancies. * Ensure timely reporting and submission of documents to the office. * Build and maintain good relationships with clients/customers during visits. Requirements: * Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. * Basic knowledge of smartphone usage (for route plan & reporting). * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Punctual, responsible, and well-presented.
