Job Description: Field Executive – KYC & New Account Opening (Kotak Mahindra Bank)

Location: Field Work
Salary Type: Commission-Based
Commission:

₹200 per KYC completion
₹400 per new account opening

Job Role

We are looking for energetic and responsible Field Executives to conduct KYC verification and new savings account openings for Kotak Mahindra Bank customers. This is a field-based, commission-driven role requiring direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer locations to complete KYC verification as assigned by the bank.
Assist customers in opening new Kotak Mahindra Bank accounts.
Collect and verify documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, and other required details.
Explain product features and benefits to customers.
Update daily reports of KYC and account openings.
Although bank-generated KYC leads will be provided, executives can also generate their own leads for new account openings to increase income.

Eligibility Criteria

Must own a bike (two-wheeler) for field travel.
Must have Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Driving License.
Minimum education: 10th/12th pass (preferred).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently on the field.
