Field Executive

As a delivery boy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages to specified locations. Your responsibilities will include distributing various packages within the given time frame, planning efficient travel routes, loading and unloading packages carefully, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. It will be essential for you to maintain a clean driving record, adhere to road safety regulations, and possess a valid driver's license. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills, along with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for obtaining customers" signatures on delivery papers, reporting any discrepancies with delivered packages, and promptly informing the company of any road accidents or traffic violations. Additionally, you will be required to clean, wash, refuel, and maintain the company vehicle on a regular basis. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a high school diploma, have proven delivery experience, and possess a sound knowledge of local roads and routes. Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude are key attributes that will contribute to your success as a delivery boy. Fluency in English and a secondary education (10th pass) are preferred qualifications for this role. This is a full-time or part-time position with permanent employment prospects.
