Job Description

Service Relationship Associate Location: South Bombay Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Relationship Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for field operations, engaging with stores, architects, contractors, and customers to drive business growth and ensure service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular store visits and maintain strong relationships with retailers. Meet architects and contractors to generate and manage business opportunities. Provide on-site customer support including wall mapping, product suggestions, and quotations. Perform site-to-site visits to track project progress and provide timely updates. Address customer queries and ensure smooth service delivery. Promote JSW Paints products and solutions to drive sales in the assigned territory. Requirements: Graduate in any stream. Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Paints, Building Materials, FMCG, Telecom, or similar industries preferred). Candidates with finance or banking sales experience will not be considered. Must possess a valid bike license and be comfortable with daily field travel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
