Job Description

We need to complete the building Survey as per Tower & Pole , Multiples sites we need to complete in the Single Day.Preparation: Gather Information: Obtain a detailed list of all tower and pole locations you need to visit. Acquire any existing site plans, blueprints, or relevant documentation for each location (if available). Understand the specific requirements of the building survey. This might include details like measurements needed, photographs required, or specific data points for recording. Check weather conditions for the day and dress appropriately for potential site hazards. Equipment and Supplies: Ensure you have all the necessary tools for the survey: Measuring tools (tape measure, laser distance meter) Surveying equipment (optional, depending on complexity) Camera (with high resolution for detailed photos) Clipboard and pens/pencils for note-taking Safety gear (hard hat, safety vest, work boots) Route Planning: Analyze the site locations and plan the most efficient travel route to minimize travel time. Consider traffic patterns and potential delays to adjust your schedule. Allocate realistic time slots for each site survey based on its complexity. On-Site Survey: Safety First: Assess potential hazards at each site before starting the survey (uneven terrain, electrical hazards, etc.). Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate safety gear. Data Collection: Clearly identify each site using the provided reference or location details. Take detailed measurements as per the survey requirements. Capture high-resolution photos from various angles to document the tower/pole condition, surrounding environment, and any relevant details. Record any additional data points or observations required by the survey. Time Management: Stick to your planned schedule and manage your time efficiently at each site. Be prepared to adjust the schedule slightly based on unforeseen circumstances, but prioritize completing all surveys. After the Survey: Data Organization: Organize and categorize all collected data (measurements, photos, notes) based on each site. Ensure data is clearly labeled and easy to reference. Reporting: Depending on the client's needs, you might need to compile a report summarizing the survey findings for each tower/pole site.
