The Community Health Division of Bangalore Baptist Hospital, in collaboration with the Department for the Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens, Government of Karnataka, is implementing Early Intervention Centers and Community-Based Rehabilitation activities in Bangalore Rural, Kolar, and Tumkur districts.

Field Coordinator – Early Intervention & Community-Based Rehabilitation Project

Locations: Doddaballapura

We are looking for dynamic and dedicated male candidates to join our team for the Early Intervention and Community-Based Rehabilitation Project.

Position: Field Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or
• PUC (Pre-University Course) with relevant experience in rehabilitation
• Two-wheeler license – Compulsory
• Fluency in Kannada – Must
• Preference given to local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing medical and disability screening camps
• Visiting Anganwadi centers for early childhood screening
• Identification of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and their rehabilitation needs
• Managing Early Intervention Centers
• Follow-up visits for children with special needs
• Identification and referral of new children in need
• Coordination with local stakeholders, government officials, and service providers
• Documentation and regular reporting
