Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Data Coordinator to support our health projects. The role involves managing data flow, documentation, and reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to management and donors. Key Responsibilities: Collect, compile, and manage data from field teams across multiple health projects. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports. Develop specific donor reports as per required formats. Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Support project teams with data tools and templates. Coordinate with field staff and program managers for timely data submission. Assist in data analysis and visual representation (charts, dashboards, etc.). Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security standards. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation of Post graduation Minimum 2 years of experience in data management and reporting (preferably in health/development sector).
