Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Collection Officer and Manager in Udaipur, Dungarpur, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Sirohi, Sumerpur, Bikaner, Sujangarh, and Bheenmal. The Field Collection Officer and Manager will be responsible for managing mortgage loan collections, analyzing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Daily tasks will include visiting clients, assessing their financial situations, negotiating repayment plans, and coordinating with the finance team to track payment collections.
