Field Collection Executive (Male & Local to Vadodara only)

Location: Vadodara
Timings: 9:30 to 6:30 (Monday to Saturday)Paid Leaves

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recovery of overdue payments, specifically 90+ day bucket cases.
• Visit customers/residences/offices for payment follow-up and collection.
• Ensure adherence to company collection policies and ethical practices.
• Maintain daily records of visits, interactions, and payment status.
• Coordinate with the collections team and update MIS regularly.
• Travel to Ahmedabad and Surat when required (conveyance provided).
• Escalate non-cooperative or disputed cases to seniors for further action.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections/recovery (preferably banking or Infrastructure sector).
• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
