Job Description

Visit customers’ residences or workplaces for collection of overdue EMIs. Educate customers about their pending dues, bounce charges, and payment options. Collect payments through cash, cheque, UPI, or other authorized modes. Ensure timely deposit of collected payments and maintain proper documentation. Update collection status in the company’s mobile app/CRM. Coordinate with the back-office and team leaders for follow-ups and escalations. Handle difficult customers professionally and follow RBI/Company recovery guidelines. Trace and locate skip/absconded customers if required. Maintain proper records of visits, route planning, and daily reports. Achieve monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
