Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Collection Executives for the Bajaj Live Process. The role involves connecting with customers to remind them of their payment dues, resolving queries, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction. Make outbound collection calls to customers regarding pending EMIs or dues. Explain outstanding balances and ensure timely payments. Update call records, payment commitments, and customer responses in the system. Handle customer objections or disputes politely and efficiently. Coordinate with the team leader for escalations and settlements. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Maintain compliance with company and RBI guidelines.
