Job Description

As a Field Collection Executive, your role involves visiting customers door to door for daily collections. You will be required to make 8 to 10 visits per day. A DRA certificated candidate with a bike and driving license is necessary for this position. You will receive a petrol allowance of 3000 per month. The salary offered is 15 to 20k CTC per month with an additional incentive of 10k based on your performance. Qualifications Required: - DRA certification - Bike and Driving License In addition to the above responsibilities, you will benefit from: - Commuter assistance - Health insurance - Life insurance - Provident Fund The work schedule is in the day shift, and you may be eligible for various bonuses such as performance bonus, quarterly bonus, shift allowance, and yearly bonus.
