Field Collection Executive

Job Title: Field Collection Executive Location: [THIRUPUR / ERODE / SALEM / MADURAI / COIMBATORE] Department: Collections Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect outstanding dues, ensuring timely recovery of payments, maintaining proper documentation, and building a positive rapport with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers’ premises to follow up and recover overdue payments. Negotiate repayment plans and educate customers on consequences of non-payment. Collect cash, cheques, or documents (e.g., post-dated cheques, settlement agreements) and issue receipts as per protocol. Update collection status and feedback in the system/app daily. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits and collection activities. Escalate unresolved cases to the supervisor or legal department when necessary Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Maintain professionalism and ensure customer interactions are respectful and non-threatening. Follow safety protocols and comply with company and regulatory guidelines. Requirements: Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass; Diploma or Graduate preferred. Experience: Fresher to Experience in field collection, recovery, or similar roles. Fresher with good attitude may be considered. Skills: Good interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic smartphone usage and app navigation Familiarity with local geography/area of operation Knowledge of relevant laws and ethical practices in collections Additional Information: Working Hours: [e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]
