Field Agent (Male Only) – Home Loans

We are looking for a Field Agent to join our Home Loans team. The role involves meeting customers, collecting documents, verifying details, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential customers interested in Home Loans.

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation process.

• Collect and verify KYC documents & income proofs.

• Assist customers in filling and submitting application forms.

• Coordinate with the Telecaller team and Operations for faster processing.

• Ensure timely pickup and submission of documents.

• Build strong customer relationships and support conversion targets.

• Achieve monthly productivity and loan disbursement targets.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / 12th Pass (with relevant loan/finance experience).

• 1–2 years of experience in Home Loans, Personal Loans, or related financial fieldwork.

• Good knowledge of loan documentation & eligibility norms.

• Must be comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred).

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

• Own conveyance preferred (with valid driving license).
