FICO Blaze Developer

Key Responsibilities

Application Support
: Provide comprehensive
L2 and L3 level application support for FICO Blaze BRMS products
, addressing and resolving complex issues.
Development & Testing
: Drive
CR (Change Request) development and unit testing
for new functionalities and enhancements.
Bug Fixing & Testing Support
: Implement efficient
bug fixes
and provide dedicated support for
SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
phases, ensuring solution quality.
Release & Deployment Management
: Manage the end-to-end process of
releasing and deploying new changes into the Production environment
, ensuring stability and minimal disruption.

Skills

Proven experience in
L2 and L3 application support
for FICO Blaze BRMS products.
Proficiency in
CR development and unit testing
.
Strong ability to perform
bug fixes
.
Experience in supporting
SIT and UAT testing
.
Competence in
releasing and deploying changes into production
.
Solid understanding of FICO Blaze BRMS.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
