Proficiency with Hand Tools, strong problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail are essential qualities. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Any technical certifications related to fiber optics or telecommunications would be advantageous, and previous experience in a similar role would be considered beneficial.
