The role involves fiber installation, handling network equipment, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth connectivity for customers across Chennai South and Coimbatore. Key Responsibilities Perform Fiber (FTTH) installation, HDO installation, and wiring at customer premises. Conduct network troubleshooting, fault detection, and service restoration. Manage splicing, cabling, and router configuration as required. Ensure proper documentation of completed installations and service calls. Coordinate with the backend team for service updates and technical support. Maintain tools, safety equipment, and adhere to field safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
