Overview Are you passionate about designing next-generation fiber optic networks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDo you enjoy probem-soving and coaborating with a team to bring compex projects to ife If so, we're ooking for a taented and motivated Fiber Design Engineer to join our growing team, working primariy during the night shift. In this roe, you' pay a crucia roe in designing and engineering reiabe, high-performance fiber optic networks for our vaued cients. Responsibiities Deveop and maintain detaied fiber optic network designs, incuding fiber paths, equipment pacement, and spicing configurations. Utiize fiber optic design software to create accurate and comprehensive network pans. Conduct site surveys and coect necessary data for network design optimization. Coaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met. Review and anayze contractor proposas and estimates for fiber optic instaations. Manage permits and approvas for network construction projects. Troubeshoot and resove technica issues arising during network depoyment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation. Stay abreast of the atest advancements in fiber optic technoogy and industry best practices. Fiber designing HLD, LLD, Permitting Bacheor's degree in Engineering (Teecommunications, Eectrica, or reated fied) preferred or Dipoma can be considered Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber optic network design and engineering. Proficient in using fiber optic design software (e.g., 3GIS, AutoCAD, FiberCAD). Strong understanding of fiber optic technoogy, principes, and components. Exceent anaytica and probem-soving skis. Abiity to work independenty and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and written documentation skis. Detai-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quaity. Comfortabe working night shifts (incuding weekends and hoidays as needed).
