Job Description

Operate and monitor FFS packaging machines for accurate bag filling and sealing.
Set machine parameters according to the product weight, bag size, and packaging standards.
Ensure proper feeding of flour into the machine hopper.
Check packaging material quality and availability (rolls, films, labels).
Conduct routine quality checks on packed bags for weight, sealing, and print clarity.
Perform minor adjustments and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machine and work area as per food safety norms.
Record daily production, downtime, and maintenance activities.
Follow safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines during operations.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown servicing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
