Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller-Counsellor located in Ahmedabad. The Tele caller-Counsellor will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential patients, providing information about fertility treatments, and counseling patients on available options. They will handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records. The role also requires the Tele caller-Counsellor to follow up with patients for feedback and support throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in patient counseling and support
• Proficiency in using computer systems and maintaining electronic patient records
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in the healthcare or fertility industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, healthcare, or related field
