Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and highly articulate female Territory Sales Coordinator to represent our Poultry Feed division. The ideal candidate will act as the face of the brand in front of veterinary Doctors, nutritionist, feed millers, and corporate clients. This is a front-line role that combines relationship management, client meetings coordination, and brand promotion in the poultry nutrition sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively visit poultry farms, feed mills, and veterinary clinics to promote and sell the company's range of feed additives and nutritional supplements.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Schedule, coordinate, and host client meetings, product demonstrations, technical seminars, and farmer awareness programs.

- Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and handle client queries with confidence.

- Follow up on leads, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Gather market feedback and competitor information to share with the management.

- Coordinate with the technical/sales support team for sample distribution and after-sales service.

- Represent the company at poultry exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Gender: Female only (client-facing role requiring extensive field interaction in the poultry sector)

- Education: Bachelors degree (minimum) in any discipline; candidates with BBA (Marketing), B.Sc., will be preferred.

- Age: 22-32 years

- Appearance: Well-groomed, pleasant personality, and professional looks (this is a brand-ambassador role)

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi and local language; confident public speaking and presentation abilities are mandatory.

- Experience: 14 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in poultry/pharma/animal health/feed industry. Fresh graduates with outstanding personality and communication skills may also apply.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client meetings and follow-ups.

- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- Own motorcycle/scooter with valid license is a plus (travel allowance + fuel will be provided).
