We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly Female Telesales Executive in Siliguri to handle inbound sales queries. Your role will include engaging with customers who reach out to us, understanding their requirements, guiding them with product information, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate must be highly fluent in Hindi and capable of delivering a smooth, supportive customer experience. Experience in the tea industry is an added advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Highly fluent in Hindi – Must (Top Priority)
• Good English communication skills
• 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
• Job location: Siliguri
• Experience in the tea industry is a strong added advantage
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to follow up systematically and close sales

• Handle all inbound sales calls and customer inquiries
• Understand customer needs and explain product details clearly
