Female Telesales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, converting prospects into customers, and promoting our digital marketing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and present our digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, PPC, Web Designing, Web Development).
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in CRM software.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Proven experience in telesales/telemarketing or a similar sales role (experience in digital marketing sales will be an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.
