Job Description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Female Telesales Executives to handle client outreach, lead generation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to close deals over the phone. Looking for experienced Telesales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our calibration services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify client needs and offer appropriate service solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
