Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calling to prospective customers and introduce real estate projects.
• Convince customers for site visits (presales meetings).
• Build strong customer relationships with regular follow-ups.
• Support in sales conversion through effective communication and persuasion.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Female candidates, preferably 21–30 years of age.
✔ Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi, Marathi, or English).✔ Passion for growth – motivated by performance & high incentives, not just fixed pay.
✔ Energetic, confident, and target-oriented with a never-give-up attitude.
✔ Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / real estate sales is a plus, but freshers willing to learn are also welcome.
