Job Description:FEMALE TELECALLER
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Explain company services/products in a clear and professional manner
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
Maintain customer records and call logs
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional language
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred
