Explain course offerings, duration, fees, career outcomes, and certifications. Address student/parent queries professionally and persuasively. Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain daily records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Update CRM with accurate and timely lead data. Admissions Coordination: Help students complete the admission formalities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain documentation of enrolled students. Sales & Conversion: Convert walk-ins, online leads, and telephonic inquiries into admissions. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets. Promote special offers, discounts, and scholarship programs. Event Participation: Assist in organizing seminars, career fairs, webinars, and workshops. Represent the institution in college/university visits (if applicable).
