Female - Tele Caller

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Female Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing clients, introducing company services, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information.
• Generate leads and convert them into potential clients.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
• Follow up with interested customers to ensure closure.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer requirements and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (additional languages are a plus).
• Persuasive and confident with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
