Job Opening: Female Telecaller (Outbound Lead Generation)

Location: A 21/67, Second Floor 206, Sec 67 Noida 201301

About the Client:

We are looking to hire a confident and well-spoken female tele caller (below 25 years) to join our client’s team in A Block, Sector 67, Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing industrial products (conveyor belts), and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for young graduates who are enthusiastic, target-driven, and looking to build a career in sales support and client communication.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses using provided data
• Present and explain the company’s conveyor belt products confidently
• Generate qualified leads and schedule call-backs or meetings
• Update lead status in CRM or Excel sheets regularly
• Follow call scripts, but with a natural and engaging tone
• Provide basic product information and handle first-level client questions

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only, aged below 25
• Must be a graduate in any stream
• Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Polite, confident, and clear telephone manner
• Basic knowledge of Excel or CRM software is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups
