Female staff nurse

As a Female Nurse in the various departments such as Ward, NICU, PICU, OT, ICU, Dialysis, and OPD, your responsibilities will include: - Obtaining and documenting a comprehensive patient assessment by utilizing techniques such as observation, interview, measurement, and physical examination. - Identifying actual and potential problems based on the assessment in collaboration with patients and senior nursing personnel. - Planning and documenting a nursing care plan using the nursing process, with a focus on setting priorities of care. - Referring problems with less predictable outcomes to senior nursing personnel. - Continually updating the nursing care plan as per the patient's status requirements. - Initiating discharge planning in cooperation with patients and significant others and reflecting the same in the written care plan. In the implementation phase, you will be expected to: - Deliver care using the nursing process and prioritize the delivery of care. - Delegate and supervise nursing care provided by junior Staff Nurses. - Coordinate care delivered by other health professionals. For evaluation purposes, you will: - Evaluate each shift's nursing interventions and document the outcomes. - Revise care plans as needed to achieve the desired outcomes. - Communicate evaluations and subsequent plans to patients, significant others, and the healthcare team. Additionally, you may be required to perform any other duties as assigned from time to time. Qualifications: - GNM/BSC - Experience: 0 to 15 years Please note that this position is full-time, permanent, and suitable for fresher candidates. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts, and the work location is on-site.,
