Position: Female Staff Nurse Experience Required: Fresher or up to 1 year Location: Sahakarnaga, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Gender Preference: Female only Department: Dermatology / Aesthetic Skin Care Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic female staff nurse to join our dermatology and skin clinic team. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or have up to 1 year of nursing experience and should have a keen interest in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic medicine. This role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities in a clinical skin care setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during consultations and skin/aesthetic procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain hygiene and sterilization protocols. Perform pre- and post-procedure care for patients. Educate and guide patients on skincare routines and post-treatment instructions. Monitor patient vitals, update medical records, and maintain accurate documentation. Handle minor nursing duties such as IV insertion, dressing, and injections. Ensure proper inventory management of consumables and clinic supplies. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality and patient safety protocols at all times.
