Job Profile: Receptionist (Female Only) – Skin Clinic Position: Front Desk Receptionist Experience Required: Fresher or up to 1 year Location: Sahakarnagar Employment Type: Full-time Gender Preference: Female only Department: Front Office / Client Relations Job Overview: We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-friendly female receptionist to be the face of our skin clinic. Whether you're a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience, this role is ideal for someone passionate about customer care, skincare, and working in a professional aesthetic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing a warm, welcoming experience to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and manage front desk activities Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp or clinic inquiries, and schedule/reschedule appointments Coordinate with the doctor and clinic team to ensure seamless patient flow Maintain records of client details, appointments, and daily walk-ins Guide patients on basic clinic services and ongoing offers or packages Handle billing and payment processes using clinic software or manual methods Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and ambiance Support marketing efforts by keeping patients informed about new treatments and discounts Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year preferred Language: Good communication skills in English and local language (spoken and written) Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable with a pleasant personality Working Hours: Full-time, flexible with clinic hours Preferred Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and billing software) Confidence in handling client interactions professionally Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Interest in skincare, cosmetology, and aesthetic treatments is a plus Benefits: Training in client interaction, billing, and clinic operations Exposure to skincare and aesthetic procedures Friendly and supportive work environment Attractive salary package with growth opportunities How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume to 7619466999.
