Female Staff Nurse

As a Female Nurse in the healthcare department of Ward/NICU/PICU/OT/ICU/Dialysis/OPD, your role involves obtaining and documenting patient assessments by incorporating all available data and information. Utilize observation, interviews, measurements, and physical examinations to make accurate assessments. Identify actual and potential problems in collaboration with patients and senior nursing personnel. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and document nursing care plans using the nursing process, setting priorities for patient care. - Refer problems with less predictable outcomes to senior nursing personnel. - Continually update nursing care plans based on patient status and needs. - Initiate discharge planning in cooperation with patients and significant others, demonstrating in the written care plan. Implementation: - Deliver care using the nursing process, prioritizing care delivery. - Delegate and supervise nursing care provided by junior Staff Nurses. - Coordinate care provided by other healthcare professionals. Evaluation: - Evaluate each shift's nursing interventions and document the outcomes. - Revise care plans to achieve desired outcomes. - Communicate evaluations and subsequent plans to patients, significant others, and the healthcare team.
