Job Title: Female Spa Therapist
Location: Department: Hotel Spa & Wellness
Reports To: Spa Manager / Spa Owner

Job Summary:

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa treatments and therapies to clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while promoting wellness and relaxation in line with the spa’s standards and philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness therapies as per training and spa standards.
• Provide personalized service and consultation to clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Uphold a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Promote spa products and services to guests, assisting with sales where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client histories.
• Follow all spa policies, protocols, and procedures related to service, safety, and sanitation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry techniques and trends.
• Assist with spa reception duties when required, including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/check-out.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (luxury spa or hotel experience preferred).
• Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹12,053.92 - ₹28,573.40 per month
