Job Title: Female Spa Therapist Location: Department: Hotel Spa & Wellness Reports To: Spa Manager / Spa Owner Job Summary: The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa treatments and therapies to clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while promoting wellness and relaxation in line with the spa’s standards and philosophy. Key Responsibilities: Perform professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness therapies as per training and spa standards. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards. Uphold a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times to ensure a positive guest experience. Promote spa products and services to guests, assisting with sales where appropriate. Maintain accurate treatment records and client histories. Follow all spa policies, protocols, and procedures related to service, safety, and sanitation. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry techniques and trends. Assist with spa reception duties when required, including appointment scheduling and guest check-in/check-out. Qualifications & Requirements: Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (luxury spa or hotel experience preferred). Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and grooming. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
