About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager for ongoing real estate project near sector 28, Panchkula. The role involves direct client engagement, dealer networking, and lead follow-ups. Ideal for someone who is ambitious, customer-focused, and eager to grow in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in clients and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with property dealers.
• Conduct marketing activities such as canopies and site promotions.
• Follow up on leads via calls and meetings.
• Guide and support junior team members.

Requirements

• Graduate (BBA / MBA preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate preferred, but other customer-facing industries also considered).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work from the site office near sector 28, Panchkula.
