Female Accountant – Real Estate (Panchkula)

Note - We would prefer a colleague, residing in our immediate neighbourhood - sectors 23 to sector 28 panchkula, Ramgarh, Daffarpur, morthikri and kakrali villages.

About the Role
We are looking a young female accountant with proficiency in tally and who has worked in real estate field. The role will involve maintaining the books across group companies and taking care of all government compliances including GST, TDS, PF etc. The role will also include some direct client engagement. Ideal for someone who is ambitious, customer-focused, and eager to grow in real estate accounts and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily entry of sales, purchase and banking data.
• Monthly and yearly filing of all returns.
• Handle walk-in clients.

Requirements

• Graduate (B.com /BBA / MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of expierence in accounting using tally.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate preferred, but other customer-facing industries also considered).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work from the site office near sector 28, Panchkula.
